No refund will be given
for cancellations 30 days and under. The ranch operates in all weather
conditions and therefore inclement weather is not a reason to cancel or receive
a refund.
Trip &
Cancellation Insurance:
For your protection, we
highly recommend a trip or vacation insurance for those "last minute" medical or
emergency cancellations.
Additional Charges:
At the end of your stay, payment for optional items and services is to be made
in full preferably in cash (Mexican Pesos/Dollars/Euros) or credit card and must
be paid before check-out time

Due to the potential risks
inherent to the nature of some of the activities we offer, all guests are
required to review and fully understand the recreational activity release and
